2. 3-5 sentences bio-profile write-up
3. Recent High Resolution Colour Photo (Professional / Formal, preferably with light grey background)
4. Measurements for RI Robe in inches: Shoulder to Shoulder width, Shoulder to ankle length, head circumference, & chest circumference
5. Flights Details
6. Hotel Accommodation
7. Vaccination Card/Certificate
